Neighbors In Need welcomes a new 18-foot dock height refrigerated truck to “our” food recovery and distribution fleet! With the generous help from a Massachusetts Food Infrastructure Grant, NIN took ownership of their new truck at the end of January. Not only has the truck increased the overall amount of food we can transport and put away more safely and efficiently, but also on hot days the frozen food and fresh produce we pick up will stay fresher longer.
